This Week in Titanium Mobile Development: 26 Nov 2012

This is all the Titanium Mobile development news I’ve gathered from the Twittersphere and Interwebs for the past week. A quiet week since it was Turkey day in the USA.

The Titanium Studio/SDK Beta 2 of 3.0.0 is now available.

Node.ACS Developer Preview 2 is also out, and you can read about it on the Dev Centre Blog. Very cool stuff for PaaS.

Boydlee has shared his slides from his JSE2012 Europe presentation on Appcelerator Tintanium.

Now you can familiarise yourself the Titanium Code Processor. A very cool project – I can’t wait to see where this goes.

A few short and basic gists about Appcelerator Titanium Alloy by Ricardo Alcocer.

Sapan Diwakar created a post to help you with Resizing images in Appcelerator Titanium.

Describe views in XML and Handlebars syntaxes for Appcelerator Titanium with earp.js.

Here’s the Gist for the Appcelerator Titanium Alloy Facebook-like UI. It’s still a work in progress though.

Modules and Widgets

Check back next week to see if there’s anything new.

Created by Greg McMillan, the McRun App allows you to compute your running distances accurately.

Adrian James Bootcamp is a great way to get in shape. A great example of an Appcelerator App. Can’t wait to see the Android version.
