This Week in Titanium Mobile: 25 July 2011

This is all the Titanium Mobile news I’ve gathered from the Twittersphere and Interwebs for the past week.

Titanium Mobile 1.7.2 was released with support for Android 3.X (Honeycomb) as well as some bug fixes. It is available as a SDK update within Titanium Studio.

OpenMobster, an Open Source Mobile Cloud Platform was released. Looks like an interesting project.

Ket Majmudar’s Titanium London oAuth talk from June has been uploaded onto SlideShare. Worth a look and may give you some inspiration for good slides.

Andrea Mostosi continutes his blog postings on MVC for Appcelerator with a ‘Part 2‘ post over at Subscribe so you don’t miss the last 2 parts!

Raul Riera shared some code for debugging memory usage using a MemPool over at githib. I’ll be using it to debug some problems I am having with one of my older apps!

A couple drinking apps released this week!
See My Drink and Drink Kings – done by different publishers.

Textoo allows free SMS from iPhone or Android using 3rd party services.

Zaim is a bookkeeping app translated form the active developer community over in Japan. Check out the screens.

If you’ve got any news, tips, or apps I’ve missed, please leave them in the comments below!
