The big news is Titanium Studio and Titanium Mobile 1.7 are shipping next week.

Apple’s WWDC announcements were this week in case you somehow missed them. The Appcelerator team got the iOS5 Beta the same time as the rest of us so it will take a while before the new features get scheduled in Titanium Mobile. But you should know that Titanium Mobile does NOT compile with iOS5 Beta so don’t update XCode quite yet.
Appclerator sponsored a story on Wireless Week about cross platform development and app stores.
Soft Gravity released a flurry analytics module for Titanium Mobile.
There is a Titanium Mobile book! But it is in Japanese only.
Tips
Codeboxed put together some nice code to abstract a SQLite database in your Titanium Mobile app.
Olivier Morandi has started blogging at titaniumninja.com with a post on using Intents for sending SMS message on Android.
Pedro Enrique has put together another gist for deleting a row from a table view in android with tap-and-hold. He has quite a nice collection of code building up on github.
Titanium Warehouse has been updating their blog with Titanium mobile tips. I hope they keep it up.
Aaron Saunders has put up a new blog posting demonstrating app structure, how to handle the global namespace and events. Aaron is very active on Stack Overflow and really knows his stuff. You should follow him if you are serious about Titanium Development.
