Open Source Apps from Appcelerator

Appcelerator has open sourced their Corporate Directory App and Movies – an internal app they built to demonstrate you can use Appcelerator to deliver beautiful, high-performance native apps. The source is worth a look!

    At first glance they seem to me a bit buggy, don’t they? (PS: not even Appcelerator itself uses backcone collections…)

    Can you create issues in the repos for anything you find buggy so we can address them – thanks!

    Regarding the Collections, the purpose of these repos are to provide more basic examples. We are also working with the TableView and ListView to allow for more complex data binding that would allow for DataBinding using Alloy / Backbone with TableView/ListView Sections and performing recursive data linkage for those elements, which is a reason we didn’t use them in the case of Corporate Directory.
